For this reason, we focus our acquisition strategy on Core and Core-Plus multifamily properties in key growth markets & locations.
Stability over speculative growth.
USPC aims to acquire and securitize only Core and Core-Plus multifamily properties in key growth markets & locations. Our focus on stability instead of speculative growth will allow us to provide our token holders with a more predictable and consistent return profile.
Passive returns in USPC.
Unlike a REIT, which is required to distribute 90% of its taxable income to shareholders in the form of dividends, USPC is not subject to this distribution requirement. This allows us to reinvest our earnings and profits back into the business in order to grow the value of the company and generate even more returns for our token holders. On top of that, all dividends paid out to USPC token holders are paid in USPC, allowing them to reinvest their dividends and compound their returns.
