Unlike other STOs that have attempted to merge the real estate sector with the crypto market, USPC securitizes an entire portfolio of assets instead of individual properties. The benefit of this approach is that it enables USPC to offer token holders a more stable and predictable return profile that is spread across a diversified portfolio of income-producing assets.

Create your USPC Investor Account.The first step to investing in USPC is to create a USPC Investor account. This can be done by visiting the USPC Investor Portal (launching late November 2022) and following the instructions on the screen. In order to create an account, all you need is a first and last name, email address, and a valid phone number for us to verify your account automatically.

Complete onboarding.Once you've created your account, you must complete the onboarding process. Because USPC is a digital security, there are several forms and verification steps you must complete before buying USPC. To simplify this process, we have created a 3-step onboarding process that includes KYC verification, ETH wallet address connection, and profile setup. The entire onboarding process should take less than 5 minutes.

Purchase USPC tokens.After you've completed the 3 steps in onboarding, you can now freely purchase USPC tokens. Once you purchase your USPC.

Track your passive income.Inside of the USPC Investor Portal, you have the ability to track the performance of the entire USPC portfolio and see how it impacts your stored value. You can also see your current token balance, and transaction history.
